Philippines: President Arroyo back in RP early Monday morning after successful 4-day visit to Chengdu, Beijing.
Section: Regional News - President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo flies home shortly after midnight tonight after a successful four-day visit to Chengdu in Sichuan province, and this capital city where she cheered on Filipino athletes competing in the Beijing Olympics.
The President, whose first day (Thursday, August 7) in this trip was spent distributing four truckloads of Philippine-made noodles to the May 12 earthquake victims in Sichuan province west of here, will fly out of the Beijing International Airport at 1 a.m. Monday (Aug. 11) on her way back home.
She is expected to arrive at the NAIA shortly after 5 a.m.
