SHANGHAI, August 15, SinoCast -- China's broadcast and television networks operators are casting their eyes on the broadband services when the nation's fixed-line telecommunications operators are busy with their long-expected industry reshuffle.

On August 12, Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600831, SXBN), one of the broadcast and TV networks operators in China, announced that it had gained go-ahead from its board of directors to increase businesses like Internet access service, value-added telecoms services and electronic products sales.
