Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) - A spokesman for the Panmunjom [p'anmunjo'm] Mission of the Korean People's Army released a statement on Monday denouncing the criminal Ulji Freedom Guardian South Korea-US joint military exercises that kicked off today.
