The Council of Ministers, Government of India, has accepted a proposal to grant full pension benefits to the government employees, who leave after 20 years in service, compared to the present 33 years.

The move is expected to end stagnation in government service.

It has also agreed to raise the gratuity limit to Rs10 lakh …
