Indian mobile operator Idea Cellular has agreed to provide interconnection to the GSM network to Reliance Communications (Rcom). As a result, it will not take part in the Cellular Operators Association of India's likely petition against regulator TRAI's directive ordering operators to interconnect with Reliance, writes the Economic Times citing unnamed sources.
