SHENZHEN, August 22, SinoCast -- Chinese telecoms equipment provider Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. is trying to snatch the lion's share of China Telecom's latest orders.
Not long ago, China Telecom Corporation Limited (NYSE: CHA and SEHK: 0728) invited a public bidding for about CNY 30 billion worth of 2G CDMA equipment, including about CNY 15 billion equipment for the construction of base stations and the core network.
