Rolfes buys solvents company Triangle Solutions for R60m ROLFES Chemicals, a wholly owned subsidiary of AltX-listed manufacturing and technology group Rolfes Technology, said yesterday it had acquired Triangle Solutions for R60m. Triangle Solutions was formed in 2001 to supply solvents to the Gauteng market and has since become a major distributor and reseller of solvents, waxes and creosotes in drums and smaller containers. It is also a leading blender and supplier of paint thinners with more than 1500 customers in Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga and Eastern Cape, Rolfes said.
