Ford invests in improving rating in customer satisfaction.

"The customer is our number one priority. Any problem related to customers will be fixed," explained William Lawrence Angrove, the president director of Ford Motor Indonesia (FMI), in a recent interview.

Re-assuming his position at FMI in April 2007, Angrove learned the hard way that customer satisfaction is a major issue in the business.
