Probe Entire KCC, Says Mabikke.
Makindye East MP Michael Mabikke has called for a more comprehensive probe of Kampala City Council (KCC).
"The cancer eating Kampala emanates at City Hall. When you only probe divisions you are only cutting off a finger as the cancer continues to spread," Mabikke said yesterday, while appearing before the commission of inquiry in the running of Makindye division.
He said the position of the town clerk was vital in the running of the city and requires a qualified person.
"As long as we appoint people with political influence, we shall continue to have mismanagement," Mabikke said.
