A KAMPALA businessman has sued Amos Nzeyi over failure to pay him sh185m, the balance for land sold to him at Temangalo in Wakiso district.
Herbert Nsanzumuhire filed the case through Oketcha, Baranyanga and Company Advocates, seeking to recover damages, interests and costs.
Nzeyi, the chief executive officer of Pepsi Cola, a beverage company, is also implicated in the controversial sale of land in Temangalo to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
The court has ordered Nzeyi to file a defence within 15 days of receiving the notice.
