Uganda is one of the few developing countries that are making good progress on making donor aid more effective in the fight against poverty, according to a new report.
The report titled, Aid Effectiveness: A progress report on Implementing the Paris Declaration, was prepared ahead of the Third High Level Meeting on Aid effectiveness due in Accra, Ghana next week.
