In a few years, Makerere University is expected to start churning out competent capital markets professionals, to help Ugandans save and invest more intelligently than today.
This follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Makerere University and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Uganda, in Kampala last Friday.
The agreement which has now built a solid partnership between the two institutions is meant to enhance the productivity of CMA, increase public participation and offer university students a research and training ground.
