Taipei, Oct. 27 (CNA) - China's top negotiator with Taiwan will arrive in Taiwan Nov. 3 for a five-day visit, reports from Shenzhen, China said Monday.

Kao Koong-lian, the [Strait Exchange] foundation's vice chairman and secretary-general, said in Shenzhen that Chen Yunlin, president of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS), will head a delegation of around 60 people for his historic visit to Taiwan.

During his stay in Taiwan, Chen will meet with his negotiating counterpart, SEF Chairman Chiang Pin-kung, and sign four agreements, …
