from BUSINESS LINE, March 06, 2007 Bangalore, March 5 - Oracle and Wipro Technologies announced on Monday that they have teamed to deliver Oracle Communications operations support systems (OSS) to Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) providers. The relationship will help address the challenges that are common with IPTV deployments, such as costly and lengthy service launches, high order fall-out and poor service visibility.

Wipro will offer Oracle Communications Provisioning, Service Activation, Subscriber & Service Management and Billing & Revenue Management solutions to the IPTV industry.
