Section: General News - The Islamic Republic and Switzerland have agreed to draw up a framework for the expansion of cooperation on human rights issues.

Speaking at the 4th round of talks between Iran and Switzerland on human rights in Bern on Monday, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Mohammad Ali Hosseini said that only dialogue and interaction can promote human rights.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy State Secretary of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anton Talman.
