Don't let muscle pain and tightness limit the time you spend in your garden. Staying in shape through regular stretching and exercise will help you to enjoy outdoor chores while avoiding an aching back. Physical fitness -- the weeding, feeding and hoeing job for your body -- will allow you to garden more comfortably.
