Thailand - Thai cabinet approves TOT's 3G plans.

The Thai cabinet has approved in principle the 3G business plan for state-owned operator TOT. The operator will now submit the business plan to the National Economic and Social Development Board and the Public Debt Management Office for approval, the Nation reports. Thai Mobile, a JV between TOT and CAT Telecom, will invest in the network rollout through ACT Mobile, which operates the mobile network for Thai Mobile.
