Governor visits flood-hit zones.

Statesman News Service JAGATSINGHPUR, Oct. 24: Governor MC Bhandare visited many flood-affected villages in Kujanga block today and interacted with the affected people including farmers, and members of SHGs. Many villagers, who had been harassed by the officials in sanctioning pension or compensation, opened up their heart before Mr Bhandare during his visit to Madhupur, Termanpur and Balipada villages of Kujanga bock. They requested Mr Bhandare to help them avail their righteous pension and other compensations. Requests to ensure early reconstruction of roads and supply of seeds for Rabi crops were also made.
