Moscow, 22 October: Russia's Strategic Missile Troops (RVSN) will test-launch an RS-24 multiple-warhead intercontinental ballistic missile before the end of the year, RVSN Commander Col-Gen Nikolay Solovtsov told journalists on Wednesday [22 October].
