There is no breakthrough in symbolic, easily understandable matters burdened with historical enmities in Hungarian-Romanian relations.

Cooperation, however, is remarkably successful on intricate, complicated issues that are related to the future, not to the past. The minority bill will not be passed during this government's term either in Romania; the matter of how to finance the Partium Christian University was not even mentioned at the joint government session.
