The election petition filed against Transport minister Chirau Mwakwere has been pushed to November when the minister's witnesses are expected to testify.
High Court judge Joseph Sergon asked Mr Mwakwere's lawyer Alfred Mabeya, to be ready with their documents and witnesses by November 4 when the case is expected to proceed on a daily basis until November 7.
The case will then be stood over again to November 24 and 25, for the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) to give its evidence, but this will, however, depend on whether the minister's witnesses will have closed their case.
