Section: General News - New Zealand Trade Minister Phil Goff said on Tuesday (September 23, 2008) that everything could be up for negotiation in upcoming trade talks with the United States.

The United States formally announced on Monday (September 22, 2008) it will start trade negotiations with Brunei, Chile, New Zealand and Singapore -- all members of what is known as the P4 trade agreement.

Goff warmly welcomed the announcement by the United States of its decision to enter into comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations to become a full partner to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (P4).
