Section: Government & Politics - Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat's qualifications are under scrutiny after appointed senator Ruangkrai Leekijwattana accused the prime Minister of holding shares in CS Loxinfo, a company operating under a state concession, a technicality which could lead to his disqualification both as a member of parliament and as prime minister.

Senator Ruangkrai said he would file a complaint with the Election Commission to assess whether Mr. Somchai had violated the Constitution by holding shares in the company, an internet provider which holds a concession from CAT Plc.
