IN SEPARATE announcements, New York University Press revealed that Colin Jones, its former director, has accepted the position of president of Routledge and that Niko Pfund, its editor-in-chief, will retain that position and also succeed Jones as director.

Jones, who will assume his new duties in late October, is credited with the successful expansion of the NYU Press over 15 years. He takes over a house recently acquired by Cinvin, a U.K. investment firm, and shaken …
