Moscow, 29 September (Interfax): During the preparation for and conducting of the operation to force Georgia to peace, a number of problems have been identified, which need to be rectified without a delay in order to significantly increase the combat potential of combined units and units, the commander-in-chief of the Ground Troops, Army General Vladimir Boldyrev, has said.
