Walk into just about any worksite, and chances are somebody either has or knows someone with carpal tunnel syndrome--that painful tingling in the fingers and wrist that can afflict typists, supermarket cashiers, musicians, meat cutters, or anyone else who repeatedly flexes and extends the wrist day in and day out. Odds are also high that vitamin [B.sub.6] supplements have been recommended as an antidote for the condition.
