The career development of Pan-European managers is being hindered by European differences over assessment methods and philosophies, according to a new book. Mac Bolton's Assessment and Development in Europe indicates that managers and organizations in Europe will have to be made aware of diverse approaches to recruitment and development in countries as close as France and England.
