Microbrewers find Valley market untapped. (Valley of the Sun)

As three new Valley microbreweries prepare for their beer to hit Valley stores and bars, those in the industry say several others from out of state are scouting Arizona as a location for their operations.

Phoenix is a fairly undeveloped market in terms of both microbreweries, which create original beers and sell them to bars and retail stores, and brew pubs, which are bars or restaurants that brew their own beer, but usually don't sell it elsewhere. Hops!, Bandersnatch and Coyote Springs are examples of brew pubs.

Valley brewers, who see their industry booming nationally, are expecting to see equally booming growth here.
