FRAZER - DecisionOne Holdings Corp. is a company on the move.

When it bought Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services Inc., the computer support arm of Bell Atlantic Corp., last October, DecisionOne catapulted from $200 million to $700 million in annual sales. The new company became the largest independent provider of multivendor computer maintenance and technology support in North America.

Then DecisionOne completed an initial public offering in April, raising $113.4 million and further solidifying its presence in the maintenance and service market.

But DecisionOne wasn't finished. The company recently completed two more purchases, capping an impressive record of 25 acquisitions in 30 months.
