If you're sick of high gas prices, one remedy may be the V6 version of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. With 300 horses and sports-car handlingand a sticker likely to start at about $22,000the V6 remake of Chevy's 1960s muscle car may be just what the doctor ordered.
The V6 is also the car that will determine the long-term health of the Camaro. Ulti-mately, the V6 is expected to make up 70 percent of the car's 100,000 annual sales, and General Motors says that fuel efficiencyjust as much as raw powerwill be a key selling point. The V6 Camaro is expected to deliver 26 mpg on the highway.
