Aug. 25--The few things John Beck wouldn't allow himself to say were just as revealing as the things he said.

Spiritual people are firm believers that there's power in the tongue, therefore it's wise to watch the words that come out of it.

Each time Beck found himself beginning to reveal his level of frustration over being cast aside by the Dolphins' new management since Chad Pennington's arrival, he stopped short of coming off as downtrodden. The devout Mormon made a point of speaking about life over his situation.
