Microtek ScanMaker E6

The Microtek ScanMaker E6 produces extremely detailed full-color scans with a powerful, easy interface. Getting good results requires some manual adjustments, though.

Pros: Very high-resolution scans; full-featured software interface; well-written documentation.

Cons: Less-effective automated scan settings and color matching; relatively slow; no networking software.
