Every four years in this country we are reminded of how cold hearted people can be. It seems that a Presidential election brings out the worst in the candidates and those who report the candidates' comings and goings. Issues are mentioned; but they usually take a back seat to the juicy stuff. We seldom learn anything about the person running (that matters) or what they really believe in, or what steps they believe they should take to get the job done once elected.

And so it seems to be in today's business environment. How many new buzz words have you had to learn in the last three years? Have you been "empowered"? Are you "self-directed"? Do you have the "vision"? ...
