Activity-based management (ABM) - a set of tools for helping companies enhance revenue, reduce costs and increase productivity - is the subject of a new book titled Activity-Based Management: Arthur Andersen's Lessons form the ABM Battlefield (MasterMedia Ltd., January 1996).
