Speaking on the eve of the second anniversary of the Northridge Earthquake, California seismic, safety and business experts launched a campaign for the passage of a statewide bond initiative to repair and strengthen California's freeway structures.
"We have to protect our investment in our transportation infrastructure or the results will he devastating for our regional economy," said Ray Remy, Chamber president. "That's what Prop. 192 is all about."
