Special Forces are front and center in the war on terror. Soldiers serving in SF units are among the most deployed Soldiers in the U.S. Army. With a high op tempo that appears to have no end in sight, the cadre at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, started looking for a new way to train its Soldiers--a better way. That research and innovation by the cadre has resulted in a transformation of the Special Forces Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, or ANCOC, that is unparalleled in today's Army.
