Women's and celebrity magazines are predicted to see some steep falls in this month's Audit Bureau of Circulations figures, with an overall drop of almost 9 per cent in circulation for women's glossies.
The National Magazine Company's women's monthly Harper's Bazaar is forecast to be down more than 20 per cent on last year, despite its recent relaunch. The title's circulation is predicted to fall from 109,003 to around 87,000.
IPC Media's Marie Claire and Hachette Filipacchi's Red are understood to have fallen by 15 per cent and 10 per cent to 190,000 and 297,000 respectively. NatMags' Good Housekeeping will see a drop of 7 per cent, to around 405,000, according to sources.
