He's a Light Sleeper
"Men who are sensitive to noise and movement as they snooze are also likely to be sensitive to your feelings," says Alex Lukeman, PhD, author of Sleep Well, Sleep Deep. He's the kind of guy who will notice when you're upset and who can tolerate sitting through a DVD of The Notebook without uttering a snide comment. But since these considerate dudes tend to be a little tentative, you may have to take the reins in bed and show him exactly--faster, slower, harder--what you want.

He's a Sound Sleeper
A man who has no problem getting a good night's sleep is mellow and handles stress well. "These guys tend have healthy emotional and, physical relationships," says Michael Breus, PhD, author of Beauty Sleep. He s not the type to freak when you drop the L bomb or get skittish when you have that "Where is this relationship going?" talk. And with extra energy to burn, he's always raring to go in the bedroom--that includes doing whatever it takes for as long as necessary to ensure that you have a pleasurable experience.
