"On the night of my 21st birthday, a group of my friends and I went out to eat at a family bar and grill. I am a lot shorter than my girlfriends are and have frequently been told I have a baby face, but that didn't prepare me for what happened when we sat down at the table. The waitress came over with menus, then said 'Oops, I forgot one. Sorry.' She left, then reappeared and handed us our menus--giving me a kids' one. "After months of job hunting, I finally landed an office-manager job at a large health-care business. I was responsible for ordering office supplies for the entire company. One day, I started checking out the Website that I used to place orders. When I saw a tab for 'feminine hygiene,' I was curious, so I clicked on it. Images of tampons and vaginal creams bombarded my screen. I felt a tap on my shoulder---my older male supervisor was standing behind me.
