Rose + Gold
Rub a creamy rose eye shadow over your lids, and blend up to your brow bone. Then drop a pop of gold metallic eye shadow in the center of each lid. "It'll catch the light and make your eyes sparkle every time you blink," says Tracy Murphy, who created the looks on these pages. The secret to pulling it off well: "Dip your pinkie in a pot of loose gold eye shadow, and press it to your lid, lining up the center of the dot with your pupil to create natural symmetry," recommends Murphy. Diffuse it a little to give your lid a subtle glow.

Brown + Beige "This effect is wearable day or night since you're working with neutral shades," says Murphy. The trick is to layer luminescent beige shadow underneath deep brown--the combo dazzles in any light. Prep your lids by first dabbing on a moisturizer and letting it dry. "You'll get a dewy glisten that adds shine to your look," says Murphy. Next, brush a sandy shadow up to the brows; top with Arich chocolate, blending it over the lids and up into the creases. Finish with a dusting of beige shadow along your lower lash lines (the natural tone offsets any dark circles).
