PMU integrates 4 linear regulators in 3 x 3 mm package.(Atmel Upgrades 4 Linear Regulator PMU Single Chip to 5V Input Supply)
Compatible with 5 V input supply, AT73C237 Power Management Unit (PMU) generates 4 regulated output voltages with programmable output voltage selection and output current up to 70 mA. Three LDO regulators provide programmable voltage from 1.2-2.75 V required by RF and analog devices, while one 1.8 V regulator is for backup battery/capacitor recharging. Integrated 2-wire interface allows any MCU to program variable LDO output voltages and manage the enable of each LDO.
