For those eager to own a remote holiday home but are leery of the hassles, there's an easy compromise: let one of the world's top hotel brands manage it. In recent years, hotel-branded residences have become hot properties in big cities and resort destinations around the world. Now hotel-branded villas are mushrooming along some of Asia's most pristine beaches.
In the Seychelles, Raffles is building its first homes, 23 fully furnished villas located on roughly 2,500-squaremeter plots next to the soon-to-be-constructed Raffles Resort.
