Built with non-inductive, non-capacitive design, VFCD1505 offers 25 kV ESD protection and absolute TCR of [+ or -]0.05 ppm/[degrees]C from 0 to +60[degrees]C ([+ or -]0.2 ppm/[degrees]C from -55 to +125[degrees]C). It provides tight tolerance matching down to [+ or -]0.005% and TCR tracking of 0.1 ppm/[degrees]C between 2 resistors simultaneously etched on one piece of foil on common substrate. Featuring power rating of 0.1 W at +70[degrees]C, product has load life stability ratio of [+ or -]0.005% for 2,000 hr at +70[degrees]C and offers PCR tracking of [+ or -]5 ppm.
