Q My guy is starting to lose some hair. I want him just to buzz his whole head. How do I suggest it?

A You really have to ease him into it, says hair stylist Ted Gibson. Show him that bald can be sexy with examples of hot celebs like David Beckham. "When he's ready, take him to a barber, who will crop his hair first and then do the full buzz." Afterward, buy him some great shaving products to use in the shower to keep his head smooth.

Q What are the little white bumps I get under my eyes, and how can I get rid of them?

A "They sound like milia, which are tiny cysts formed by blocked oil glands," says dermatologic surgeon Robin Ashinoff. Buildup from oily makeup remover, creamy eye shadow, and heavy lotion can cause them. To get rid of them, see your doctor--a small incision may be needed to squeeze out the gunk.

Q How can I avoid those annoying lumps that form in the top of my ponytail?
