Designed for use in 802.11 and 802.16 WLAN and WiMAX applications with bias voltage as low as 3.0 V, Model M/A-COM MASW-008899 can also be used in test and measurement equipment applications. Switch features typical insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 2.4 GHz while achieving isolation of 27 dB and P1dB of 28 dBm. Fabricated on 0.5 micron gate-length GaAs process, each unit is RF tested to ensure compliance, and offers full passivation.
