JWT London has hired Tony Quinn, the head of planning and a managing partner at Leagas Delaney, as its head of planning.
Leagas has plugged the gap by appointing Matthew Palmer, the former WCRS planning director who has been freelancing at the agency since April, to the role of group planning director.
In his new position, Quinn will work with JWT's executive creative director, Russell Ramsey, on seven Nestle brands, including Kit Kat and Fruit Pastilles, while running a planning department of 23.
