Henges Associates Inc., a contracting and manufacturing firm in Maryland-Heights, has changed owners.

Ronald E. Henges, who founded Henges Associates in 1967 and was chairman, president and chief executive officer, sold the company, effective Jan. 1, to Kevin O'Meara, former president of Courion Industries.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Henges also is in the process of selling his ownership stake in Creve Coeur Camera and Video to employees of the firm.

He plans to take an active role in business development for Enterprise Bank, which he co-founded in 1988. Henges is chairman of the Enterprise board of directors.
