Who governs Lebanon? Since last November, the Lebanese have been trying and failing to elect a president. In the political vacuum, the two main contenders for power are the prime minister, Fuad Siniora, a Sunni Muslim, and Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, head of Hezbollah, the Shiite Muslim militia that is a foreign-policy arm of Iran.
