ASHLEY FORCE GETS FIRST WIN.(Competition)
Ashley Force IS the first female Funny Car winner in NHRA history, after beating her famous father, John Force, in an emotional final at Atlanta Dragway. She became the first female points leader in class history one race ago in Las Vegas with her third runner-up result. Her Ford Mustang quickly carried her away from John Force's identical car, which was lost in tire smoke at the hit of the throttle.
