It is with pleasure that we present this issue of JPBI. The issue contains an excellent mix of discussion and experimental articles, including topics related to assessment, intervention, and values. We also included two Forum articles in this issue, as they tied together very nicely on the nationally timely topic of schoolwide positive behavioral support.

We lead off with an interesting article by Carlson, Luiselli, Slyman, and Markowski on the important motivation variable of choice making.
